SAPHIRE ROUTES is a travel booking agency that assists customers with:

- Vacation packages and cruise bookings
- Corporate and group travel arrangements
We act as an intermediary between you and airlines, hotels, and other travel service providers. Final terms of travel are governed by the respective carrier or provider.
2. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from the service provider.
- Prices quoted are estimates and may vary at time of final booking.
- Payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
- We accept major credit/debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
- All transactions are processed in USD unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellations & Modifications
- Cancellation and change policies vary by airline or service provider.
- Service fees charged by SAPHIRE ROUTES are non-refundable.
- You must contact us at least 48 hours before departure for any modification requests.
- Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–14 business days.
4. Best Price Match Policy
If you find an identical itinerary at a lower price on another platform within 24 hours of booking, contact us and we will review and match the fare where possible. Matched fares must be identical in airline, class, dates, and route.
5. Travel Documents & Responsibility
It is solely the traveler's responsibility to:
- Ensure they hold a valid passport and required visas
- Check travel advisories and entry requirements for destinations
- Arrive at the airport with adequate time before departure
- Carry all required travel insurance documents
SAPHIRE ROUTES is not liable for denied boarding, visa refusals, or missed connections due to traveler error.
6. Limitation of Liability
SAPHIRE ROUTES acts as a booking agent only. We are not responsible for:
- Flight delays, cancellations, or overbooking by airlines
- Loss of baggage or personal property
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions)
- Any injury or loss incurred during travel
Our total liability in any case is limited to the service fee paid to SAPHIRE ROUTES, not the total ticket or package price.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, logos, graphics, and code — is owned by SAPHIRE ROUTES, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
